I have been greatly influenced from the first sermon I heard with your genuine, honest good nature. I was strongly impressed that you were not about religion and I learned that a relationship with God does not mean putting on a solemn front or mask. I was thrilled to think that I could love Jesus and still be me. You also helped me to learn that prayer was just a different word for talking with God, and not some formal ritual. There are so many more things that I have learned and benefited from because of you and the atmosphere that you helped to create, and so much more that I still have to learn.
Thank you so much for all you have done, all you have been and all you have sacrificed. Thanks also to your whole family.
